Refund policy

GH Diamonds offers a 14 day return policy on all loose natural and Lab Diamonds as well as loose Gemstones. Each customer is entitled to one free return every 60 days. Additional returns within the 60-day period will incur a 50-dollar restocking fee.

Items must be returned in their original condition with any certificates if applicable. Items shipped back will be at the customers expense and must be insured for the purchase amount. Please supply a tracking number with all returns. Returns must be postmarked by the end of the 14th day. 

To initiate a return please fill out the contact us form with your name and the information on the Diamond or Gemstone you are returning. GH Diamonds will respond back with a RA # as well as the address to ship back to. Once GH Diamonds receives the package and approves the return, we will initiate the return process.

Please allow 7 to 10 days for your refund to be issued to your original payment method. Please note, if paid by PayPal there will be an additional 5% restocking fee.

All Jewelry items that have not been specially altered will enjoy the 14 days return policy.

All jewelry items that have been customed made or sized are not returnable.
