How it works

  • Step 1: Get Started

    Fill out our custom design form (below) to connect with a GIA Graduate Gemologist for a free consultation where you can share your vision of your unique custom piece of Jewelry. We will arrange, at your schedule, a phone call where GH Diamonds will use their 35 years of professional Jewelry experience to discuss all the different options to build this special piece. Of course, there is never an obligation to go forward with this project.

  • Step 2: Design & Approval

    If approved, GH Diamonds will create a custom CAD of our desired piece of Jewelry. We will review the custom CAD rendering and refine every detail—stone, setting, accents—until it’s exactly right. This is one of the most exciting parts of the process. Your satisfaction is the only thing that matters.

  • Step 3: Craftsmanship & Delivery

    Our master jewelers hand-craft your ring, perform a final quality check, and ship your one-of-a-kind piece to you. GH Diamonds is always available throughout the entire process through email or even better our dedicated phone line.
